Essential Requirements

• 2 years experience in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook advertising and other channels such as LinkedIn (Agency experience preferred)
• Analytical and commercial. You’ll need to demonstrate strong analytical capabilities and a desire to really add value to our clients campaigns.
• Team player. You’ll need great communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team and with our clients. The role is officially ‘hybrid’ but largely WFH. You’ll need to travel to our Bournemouth or Bristol office from time to time.
• Self-motivated. We’re looking for someone that really is motivated by making campaigns work harder. You’ll need to be proactive and have a positive attitude.
